PawPack Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with local laws and park rules.

Be respectful and keep submissions safe for the community. You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate community rules, these Terms, or law.

When you submit park details, photos, missing-dog cases, sightings, or other community content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions may be reviewed before or after publishing.

Location information supports park discovery, check-ins, and search coordination. PawPack is not an emergency service and does not replace local authorities, animal control, park staff, or veterinary professionals.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PawPack a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the service.

Do not use PawPack to harass others, post illegal or objectionable content, misuse another person's information, interfere with the service, scrape data without permission, or submit spam, fake listings, or misleading alerts.

PawPack is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including during launch, maintenance, moderation, or safety reviews.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawPack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the community, or engage in harmful behavior. You may stop using PawPack or request account deletion at any time.
