Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines

PawPack is for dog people sharing real parks, real visits, and useful local context. These guidelines keep the community safe and review-ready.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Be respectful

Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, or target other people. Keep names, photos, comments, and park updates appropriate for a broad dog-owner community.

Post accurate park and dog information

Park listings, check-ins, dog profiles, and missing-dog updates should be truthful and useful. Do not submit fake locations, misleading alerts, stolen photos, spam, or promotional content that does not belong in PawPack.

No objectionable or illegal content

Do not post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, graphic, exploitative, illegal, or intended to cause harm. PawPack may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Report and block

Use in-app reporting tools when available, or email support@pawpack.app with "Community report" in the subject line. PawPack may add or maintain blocking, hiding, and restriction tools to help users avoid abusive interactions.

Moderation

PawPack reviews reports and may remove content, limit distribution, restrict accounts, preserve records for safety review, or escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
