Include the email address on your PawPack account, your device type, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords or payment details.

To report unsafe behavior, offensive content, harassment, impersonation, or a missing-dog listing issue, email support with "Safety" in the subject line. PawPack reviews safety reports and may remove content, restrict accounts, or contact the affected user when needed.

You can request account deletion, access to your data, or privacy changes through the dedicated account deletion and privacy choices pages.

Reviewers can use this page as PawPack's support URL. The support inbox is monitored for review, launch, and user-support questions.
