Yes. You can browse the website’s parks, public dog profiles, Pack Notes, and park activity without signing in. Use an account in the app to check in and take part with your dog.

In the park directory, search by a park’s name, city, or ZIP code. Choose Near me to sort parks by distance after allowing location access. You can switch between photo cards and a map, then open a park for details and directions.

When you arrive, open the park in the app and check in with your dog. A check-in lets the pack know you’re there and contributes to your dog’s visit history. Check out when you leave so the park’s activity stays useful for everyone.

It means someone has let the pack know they plan to head to that park. It’s different from a check-in: they haven’t said they’ve arrived yet. In the app, you can mark yourself as on the way and cancel it if your plans change.

No. Total check-ins and leaderboard counts describe recorded visits over time. The Here now section on a park’s detail page shows current check-in activity. Not every visitor uses PawPack, so it isn’t a count of everyone physically at the park.

Absolutely. First check the directory to see if it’s already listed. If it’s missing, share its name, address, location, and at least one photo. Suggestions are reviewed before they appear in the directory.

A park can be listed before photos are available. When there isn’t a photo, the directory shows a placeholder. You can still open its page to see the location and available details.

Your dog’s profile brings their name, photo, breed, and story together. As you use PawPack, park visits, shared moments, friends, and earned badges help tell more of that story.

Packs help you keep up with a group of dogs and their people. Meetups help turn “see you sometime” into a plan. Use the app to connect with your group and coordinate the next outing.

Earned badges and recorded visits appear on your dog’s profile. The park activity page also shows leaderboard standings for different time periods. They’re a way to look back on time spent out with the pack.

No. The website’s location buttons ask for access when you choose to use them. You can search the park directory by city or ZIP code instead. For park suggestions, you can look up an address, place a map pin, or enter coordinates.

Contact support with a short description and a link to the park or profile if there is one. For app issues, include your device type and what happened. Don’t send passwords or payment details.
