Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
PawPack is intended for adults age 18 and older. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on our service.

Prohibited conduct and content
PawPack prohibits content or conduct that depicts, promotes, facilitates, solicits, or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of anyone under 18. This includes CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, sexualized depictions of minors, and attempts to share or obtain such content. Accounts or content involved in these activities may be removed or restricted immediately.
How to report a concern
Use the report option on a post, comment, or member profile in the PawPack app and describe the child safety concern in the reason field. You can also email support@pawpack.app with the subject "Urgent child safety report."
Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement agency first.
Review and enforcement
PawPack reviews child safety reports, limits access to suspected violating content, and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records when required, and cooperate with lawful investigations. Reports are handled as safety-sensitive matters and escalated for prompt review.
Reporting to authorities
PawPack complies with applicable child safety laws and reports apparent CSAM or other reportable child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate regional or national authorities when required by law.
