Manage your privacy choices

You can update account and profile information in the app. To request a copy or correction of data that is not editable in the app, email support from the email address on your PawPack account.

Account deletion is available through PawPack account settings. You can also review deletion steps on the account deletion page.

You can control location, photo library, camera, and notification permissions in your device settings. Some PawPack features, such as nearby parks, check-ins, photo uploads, or alerts, may not work without the related permission.

PawPack may send service messages about your account or community activity. If marketing emails are introduced, they will include an unsubscribe option where required.

Email support@pawpack.app with "PawPack privacy request" in the subject line and describe the request you want us to review.
